Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I’m having trouble seeing the video player. Is there anything I can do?
A. There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to see the video player. We make a great effort to make sure our videos are compatible with the greatest number of people, but it’s a fact that sometimes, something goes wrong. Now, the first thing you need to make sure of is whether the Internet connection you are using is blocking the video feed. Depending on what service provider you are using, and depending on what the state of your local network is, you may be able to see the site but might not be able to access video content. This could be because something is being blocked on your end, not ours. There are a number of net monitoring services that might conceivably block our site, or portions of our content, to stop users who happen to be behind that firewall from accessing our content. This is especially true if you are at work and using your employer’s network, or at school using your school’s network. Many times, schools, employers, and public WiFi portals put blocks on the content on sites like ours, which makes it impossible for you to download or stream our content.
If at first you don’t succeed in trying to access your video, try using a different web browser. Sometimes, the problem is simply one of hardware or software not being updated. Many times, browser software needs to be updated to the latest version of Java, or Flash, or something like that, before it will let you stream video. Honestly, it’s a good idea to keep your browser updated just for security reasons. Keeping your browser up to date, and all of its plug-ins up to date, helps plug any security holes that could be exploited by hackers or malicious programs. And sometimes, a given video format simply isn’t compatible with your browser, so trying a different browser or media player is almost always a good path toward fixing a compatibility problem that is preventing you from viewing videos.
You may be able to use some kind of proxy to access video if it is otherwise inaccessible, too, but be warned: You have to first make sure that the material is legal to view where you live. There’s no way we can predict that because we have no way of knowing precisely in which nation or municipality you happen to reside. We do not suggest that you ever access content if it is not legal where you are, and it is your responsibility to make sure you comply with all applicable laws. We want you to enjoy your hentai, but you must also respect the regulations where you are located.
Q. The hentai I’m looking for isn’t released yet. When will it become available?
A. We have very little control over the release of new hentai materials. In fact, we have no control over it at all. All we can do is get the hentai as soon as it is made available to us, process it, and make it available through our site. Any titles that, say, have been released in Japan but are not yet available to our market are not going to appear on our site because we haven’t been able to access them yet. Trust us, we are as eager for your hentai as you are. We want you to enjoy yourself, and we know that the wait can be long and hard when you are very much anticipating a new hentai release. Hentai videos are our most popular category of content, followed by our League of Legends (LOL) hentai and our Fairytail hentai content, so we know that you want the latest and greatest.
We work very hard to keep our content updated, fresh, and new, as we know you won’t be satisfied with just the same old hentai day in and day out. Variety is one of the things that makes HentaiTimes.com so great, and we apply our philosophy of variety to our inventory on a continuous basis. We never just sit back and rest on our laurels. We always work to find new releases and new hentai for you to enjoy. If you are eagerly awaiting a new release, we will put it on the site as soon as it is commercially and legally possible for us to do so. If there is something you want but we don’t have, feel free to contact us and let us know. We can’t always respond individually to messages like that because of the volume of theme we receive, but trust us: We take note of every title you tell us that you want, and we add it to our “wish list” of content for the site. We’re always listening to you, and working behind the scenes to please you as best we can. That’s the foundation of our business.
Q. When will the sequel come out to this hentai I’ve really been enjoying? Will there be a sequel?
A. Unfortunately, we have even less control over that type of thing than we do over when a new hentai is released, which is to say, less than none. We are big fans of hentai ourselves, so we know how much you might be looking for a sequel to a particular hentai video or series of videos that you really enjoyed. Chances are good that we, as hentai lovers ourselves, are also waiting eagerly for the sequel to some of our favorite titles. We want to hear from you if there are titles you’d like to see more of. It may be that there are sequels, but we haven’t yet been able to acquire them. It may also be that we aren’t aware of a sequel, and maybe you are, and you could let us know that it’s out there to be found. We stay on top of the market and always try to add new inventory for our fans, but sometimes, things slip through the cracks, and we are always happy to have you to back us up. If you’re looking for something, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
If you are waiting for a specific sequel that you know is being produced, that actually means a longer wait. We can’t acquire the hentai until it is finished, released, and then released for our market, so it may take a while. And just because a new hentai video has been released in Japan doesn’t mean it will be available here anytime soon. A lot depends on market and legal release factors that are beyond our control. Trust us, though, if something does become available and it is worth seeing and having, we will be sure to add it to our site.
Q. Will my hentai be in English or Japanese? Will it have subtitles?
A. This depends on the hentai in question. There is a lot of hentai that is made in Japan that has Japanese audio. This sometimes has subtitles and sometimes does not. New hentai typically have subtitles available because everyone expects it, but some of the older hentai, particularly the classics of hentai, aren’t subtitled unless someone took the time and energy to make that part of a new release. And just to make things more complicated, sometimes there are legal restrictions on whether a given hentai can have subtitles. Those hentai will never receive subtitles because of those restrictions. So the fact is, it is often impossible to say whether a particular hentai will have subtitles or won’t, or will be dubbed in English or will not be. Basically, though, you don’t really need to be able to understand the dialogue to appreciate the art form that is hentai, particularly when things start to get erotic. We think you’ll enjoy them just fine no matter what, but we will always do our best to bring you as many options as possible for your hentai.
Q. How do I download my hentai?
A. You’ll just need to set up an account here at HentaiTimes.com so you can access the content. If you are having trouble, you’ll need to try a different browser, and if none of your browsers don’t work, you’ll need to make sure they are updated and their plug-ins are updated. When all that is taken care of, if you are still having issues, make sure your service provider isn’t blocking our content, and your local network isn’t blocking it. Finally, if none of those options work, you may need to check to see if the content you want can’t be served to your locale. Most of the time, though, you’ll be able to download and watch your videos without any difficulty. That’s the hentai experience you are looking for, after all, and we will do everything possible to see that you get it.
Q. I’m watching the hentai online and it doesn’t seem to be in very good quality. What can I do?
A. We promise you that the quality level we provide is absolutely the best that is available for that particular video. It may be the case, though, that your computer or device automatically adjusts the quality of the video for the bandwidth and speed available. That means that the quality you are watching your video in may not be the best that is actually available, but is the best that your particular combination of device and connection may allow. If you are having quality issues, please do free to contact us and we will provide whatever support we can. We know that your enjoyment of quality hentai comes down to how good the actual visual experience of it is, and we always strive to maintain high levels of that experience for you.
Q. Why is this hentai censored? There’s pixilated blocking over parts of it.
A. Hentai is censored if it was made in Japan. The law in Japan is what created the genre of hentai in the first place. It is not legal for Japanese adult entertainment to show genitals or to show sexual insertions. These types of things are censored in any hentai that comes out of Japan. It may be the case, though, that a hentai was licensed in another country, or even produced in another country to start with. Those hentai videos will not be censored in the same way that locally produced Japanese hentai videos are censored.
We understand that you may not be accustomed to censored hentai, but most people find the genre to be just as erotic, and perhaps even more, with a little bit of mystery added. And of course there is still plenty of hentai that is not censored. It just depends on what you find and what you are looking for.
Q. Why can’t I access the site’s content?
A. You have to be registered to access the site’s content, so make sure you have not only registered with HentaiTimes.com, but also that you are logged in. If you are logged in and registered and your account is in good standing, it may be the case that your network locally is stopping you from accessing our content. We can’t control whether your local firewall is stopping you from accessing our content, so you’ll want to make sure that isn’t the case. And if the hentai you want to look at is not legal where you live, it may be the case that you will not be able to access it no matter what you do. Most likely, though, when you can’t access the site, it is due to a browser issue, or possibly because some aspect of your browser is not up to date. That means you should always keep your browsers and plug-ins updated.
Q. I want to ask you a question that’s not on this page. How do I do that?
A. Just contact us and let us know.
